Let’s Connect
The theme for this year’s Children’s Mental Health Week is “Let’s Connect”. Children’s Mental Health Week is designed to spread awareness of young people’s mental health and the ways we can all help to improve children’s well-being.
This year’s theme encourages children to make rewarding and meaningful connections with others – because healthy relationships are so important in making us feel safe and supported.
Strong Young Minds are asking Herefordshire’s young people to ‘connect’ too – through art and words. Together we will create a fantastic display for Hereford’s shop windows.
If you’d like to get involved, create some artwork or poetry within the puzzle piece template below and send it to us. We will cut out your puzzle piece and connect it to other artworks for the display.
If you want your work to be returned to you after the project is finished, you can scan your puzzle piece and email it to us, otherwise you can deliver it to us by hand or post it (our contact details are also below). Make sure to put your name and email address on the back of your work (if sent by hand) so we can contact you and let you know where and when your art will be displayed. Please send us your work by the 27th January.
